Who am I?

I am a data scientist and clinical psychologist with a decade of experience living in Japan. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to deeply immerse myself in Japanese culture while developing my professional career in data analysis and clinical psychology.

Living in Japan has allowed me to observe and experience firsthand the richness and complexity of its society and culture. Here you will find articles about Japanese customs, traditions, and lifestyle, as well as my personal impressions of life in this fascinating country. However, we won't be limited to Japan when the occasion calls for it.

Data Science

As a data scientist, I will explore topics related to data analysis, machine learning techniques, and how data science can be applied in different fields. I will share case studies, useful tools, and my experiences in data projects.

Psychology and Well-being

As a clinical psychologist, I am also deeply interested in mental and emotional well-being. I will talk about therapeutic techniques such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and offer tips and reflections on how to improve our mental health.
